How to Return or Exchange

Initiate Return
Go to your account, find your order, and click "Return/Exchange". Select the items and reason.

Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient date and time for our partner to pick up the item from your address.

Pack the Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Our pickup partner will collect it.

Receive Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
